About the Author

Stephanie Crawford was born in 1955 on the south side of Chicago, IL.  Through a time difficult for women, children and minorities, Stephanie forged her way, enduring unbearable abuse and hardship, most of which is described in her book, If Someone Had Touched My Hand… 

Stephanie began writing at the age of nine, then mentoring, counseling and motivating by age 24.  Residing in beautiful Sunny Florida, Stephanie maintains a close relationship with her only son, Kenee, and all four of her siblings.  As she continues to write, she enjoys performing and teaching music, healthy eating, classic films and the company of her Standard Poodle, Molly.  Stephanie's singular aim is for her book to enlighten others, while living the rest of her days in creativity, inspiration and philanthropy.
